Using Milton H Erickson's 4-Tuple Model to Project Through Time
written by BURNTANGEL

4 tuple model = < V K At O >
VISUAL, KINESTHETIC, AUDITORY, OLFACTORY

e = external
i = internal
t/p = time/place

Some quick notes:
- Memory is a form of time travel.
- This is quantum theory in the form of hypnosis:
The Observer Effect (bending reality based on perception, altering focus)
The Many Worlds Interpretation (tuning in to alternatives not simply in thought, but sensory experience)
Becoming a human quantum computer, using hypnosis as a tuning device beyond ego or biases.
BECOME A WALKING WAVE FUNCTION.
- Reactivate the sensory network in conjunction with space/time coordinates.
- Tapping into a subconscious state or a memory of the past/future.
- Behavioral and cognitive nueroscience at the base, hijacking it and pushing it past standard recall.
- Controlling sensory experience = Controlling perception of time.

1. Priming
Begin in a state of sleep deprivation so the mind will be more suggestible. Dark and quiet place. Use theta/binaural beats to prime brain for trance (if needed), set intentions (past life/timeline travel) and time/space coordinates.

2. Induction
Start with focus on external sensory input (what do you hear, feel, smell, etc), then transition into internal input, letting go of skepticism or impatience. Use breathing techniques to induce trance (4 seconds in, 4 seconds hold, 8 seconds out). Count down from 60 (if needed).

3. Cycling
Cycle through sensory modalities (VKAO) until something comes through or 'clicks'. Use unbaised presuppositions if neccessary (“As I step deeper into this memory, the images begin to sharpen…” "I begin to hear voices, I begin to feel the ground under my feet..." Sometimes only one scent will be more prominent and entail the most insight at first, focus on that until greater detail emerge if need be. Begin to enter the projected reality until it becomes clear enough.

4. Interaction
Use all sensory biofeedback loops to continually enhance and keep the experience alive. Touch objects, walk around or talk to others. Be aware and look for symbols or messaging from the environment.

5. Seal and Return
Absorb everything you can as fully as possible. Acknowledge it's validity and experiential value beyond the fact it may only be subconsious or if it's real. Count upward until sensory modalities return to current reality, transition all sensory input from internal to external one at a time. Once grounded in the present, write everything down.

6. Integration
Use information gathered, act on insights and take inspiration from experience. Test the validity of experiences through personal research.

Cycling Technique:
< V(e), K(e), A(e), O(e) > => < V(i) t/p, K (i) t/p, A(e) O(e) > => < V(i) t/p, K(i) t/p, A(i) t/p, O(i) t/p >
